Thanks for dropping by KindleFormatting.com. My name is Joshua Tallent, the eBook guru behind the scenes. I have been converting and formatting eBooks since 2002, before most people even knew what an eBook was.
I started KindleFormatting.com right after the Amazon Kindle was first released. I have formatted a large number of books for a diverse set of individual authors and small publishers, and I have had the opportunity to work with books from a broad range of subject categories.
The transformation process a book goes through from hardcopy to electronic text is always a challenge; every book is different, and every project brings unique obstacles and issues. That is part of the reason I love doing this so much... there’s never a dull moment!
As anyone who knows me can tell you, I am a stickler for quality and precision. I am proficient in XHTML, CSS and other related computer languages, and I have become the recognized non-Amazon expert on Kindle eBook layout and formatting within the publishing community. I also have an active interest in the advancement of technology that will impact eBooks in positive ways.
I would love to have the opportunity to work on your eBook project or to help you out in any other way I can. Please drop me a line and let me know what you need. If you are on Twitter, you can follow me @jtallent.

I am so pleased I discovered Joshua Tallent and his formatting services. Nothing irks a reader more than a poorly formatted book--in any medium. Joshua knows what an ebook needs to look like and provides high-quality work at a very reasonable price. I look forward to working with him on future projects.
